Roose Bolton, a northern lord from ASoIaF.

A cold and calculating man, speaking very quiet and soft, but always prepared to stick a knife in your back, when you least expect it. The legends say that many centuries ago the Boltons flayed their enemies alive and wore their skins as capes.

Roose Bolton is character of George R.R. Martin's 'A Song of Ice and Fire'.

Black pen, colored in PSP 9, added parchment background and heraldy.

when he was first described with his pink cloak, I thought I could never take him seriously - not for long, though. Still can't say who I loathe more: Lord Roose or Bastard Ramsay. Then of course I haven't even finished "Storm of Swords" yet.
